Carlos was amazing throughout what was a very long and difficult transaction selling my mother-in-laws home after she passed. When we listed the home with him initially, he immediately had great photos taken even with a staged version so people could see what it would look like with furniture. He secured a buyer quickly within a couple of weeks. We didnt realize the home was titled differently than we expected so we had to take it off the market while waiting for a year and a half to go through probate. Once we were able to relist it, Carlos updated the photos and secured a buyer within a week. Throughout the whole process, he was patient, offered excellent guidance and overall went out of his way. Highly recommend!

I ran into Carlos by chance at an open house. Am I glad that I met him. Carlos assisted me in locating the perfect home for my wife and I in SJC. We are particular and not easy to please.
