Carlee Schnase

Carlee has been living and working in northwestern Montana for the past 13 years, originally growing up in North Dakota and meeting her Montana-native husband while at the University of Mankato in Minnesota. She combines a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management and Small Business Entrepreneurship with unique work experiences ranging from insurance agent, to white water raft guide, to processing mortgage loans, to leading the installation team at a software company. Her transition into real estate in March of 2018 was swift and steady. Since obtaining her real estate license, she has focused on land, residential, and investment property sales. First in the Polson market, then expanding all around Flathead Lake and up to Kalispell and Whitefish. With a unique ability to understand technology trends, she has helped sellers better market their homes and has introduced buyer clients to all that Montana has to offer. Living and working in the communities she services has made all the difference in understanding the nuances of the real estate market to help both buyers and sellers get the most out of their transactions.

As part of the passion Carlee has for her clients and real estate business, she stays current on real estate matters impacting her community through continuing education courses and special certifications offered through the NMAR Realtor organization. The additional training is a benefit for Carlee's clients as she advocates, promotes, and negotiates on their behalf. In her downtime, you can find Carlee spending time with her family, adventuring, hiking, rafting, snowshoeing, snowboarding, playing her violin in a local band, painting, reading, or traveling.
