From looking for homes until after closing, Carla has been an incredible ally for buying our newest home! In a hot real estate market, she was able to set up 18 showings over 2 days with just a days heads up. Once we found the house that we wanted, her advice and experience at negotiating saved us multiple thousands of dollars at the table. She helped us to navigate the entire process and secured the sellers doing repairs during our due diligence period. After closing, she provided us with plenty of information about contractors for remodels and home warranties to reduce our costs down the road. Carla is one of the most hard-working people I know. She is very knowledgable and quick to help out. When we were looking to purchase our first home, Carla was very patient with us, but also very on top of things. We felt as if we were her most important client (even though I'm sure we weren't). Her dedication was impeccable to the point that she drove us around to some homes when she was several months pregnant. She found us our home there that we loved for so many years. She always followed up with us. She also sold our house once we were ready to move. I thought our house would take a while to sell, but Carla gave us advice on what to do for the house. We did it, and the house sold just under a week later. She has great contacts with people who did things on our house. I can't recommend her enough, and strongly advise anyone looking for a realtor, to contact Carla. Thanks again Carla for all your hard work for us!!!
