Specifically, when I was told the going rate for a VA Home loan with no money down was 3.5% she recommended two other mortgage providers, from the first one I tried I was able to get locked in at 2.375%. She provided multiple recommendations as well with regards to home warranty companies and inspection companies. In general she was repeatedly looking out for us, to make sure we were not missing an opportunity or perhaps missing something that might hurt us later.
