Carla has been a licensed REALTOR® in Florida since 1997. She and her team focus on consulting and marketing for international buyers and sellers. She is a Certified International Property Specialist instructor for the National Association of Realtors ® and holds the following designations: C2EX, Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, At Home with Diversity, Graduated Realtor Institute, Resort & Second Homes Property Specialist, e-PRO, and Transnational Referral Certification. She has spoken at real estate conferences in Spain, France, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Jamaica, Bermuda, the UK, Canada, and Brazil. Carla has been an active member of her association since 2005 and serves as a Florida Realtors® director. Her association named her Realtor ® of the Year and also the President's award to her twice. She is the National Association of Realtors ® Global Coordinator to North America, the Caribbean, and Central America as well as the former President's Liaison to Panama.
