ZillowVERIFIEDIn times of the housing market decline, Carla worked very hard to sell our house which was over sized for our neighborhood. She brought many people through herself, had many open houses and used varies forms of media to advertise. She also took the time to show other realtors and their clients the house, pointing our the good features and giving ideas to improve any buyers concerns. Carla was very knowledgeable of the area of our purchase including information about the schools, city services, recreation facilities and just about anything else that we inquired about. She was very responsiveness in immediately returning our phone call early in the morning or late at night usually within 15 minutes or less..finally when our offer was extended she rolled up her sleves and went to work to insure that we were able not only to get our price but some of the other items that she suggested as well, which we never thought about. Carla is a tribute to her profession and you would be doing yourself a disservice to use anyone else.
