When we met JoAnn we didnt just meet a realtor, we met someone who will be a life long friend. She is one of the most caring and thoughtful people there is. We didnt have to go out and look for anybody to help us with any part of the house buying process because she handled absolutely everything! She was so throughout and made the whole process so easy. She would take time out of her own daily life to answer our questions all the time and it felt like she was always available to show us houses we were interested in. She always took the time to check each house and make sure it matched our criteria, there were times we forgot to check for some of the deal breaker things and she checked and we realized we werent interested in even going to see the house anymore. Overall shes really through and amazing. We couldnt have done this without her.
