ZillowVERIFIEDCarl did not care if a prospective buyer was qualified. He was our listing agent for six miserable months. 4 contracts failed. He expected us, his clients, to cater to the buyers with concessions since the buyers had no savings. He also tried to force a cash buyer into a sale and that buyer backed out the day before closing. We had moved belongings to storage and after that, our house was no longer "staged". Carl did not check on our vacant property and realtors left utilities on and even clogged our commode. We do not trust realtors now!!!
