Carl Demander was an absolute pleasure to work with! As first-time home-buyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions and anxieties about the buying process. Carl was super knowledgeable, addressed all our questions in a timely manner, and helped ease our stress about the process. He also advocated for us, and was present and available, even when my husband and I could not be in-person (as we were moving from a different state), such as during the inspection. He made things easier for us as well, by coordinating multiple open houses and visits during the weekends my husband and I could travel.
