About Carl Demander

I grew up on Clover Nook Farm in Bethany, CT and still reside locally. A lifelong resident of Connecticut, my brother and I are the 8th generation of the farm. I credit my strong work ethic and down-to-earth, easy going attitude to my unique upbringing. After graduating from Amity High School in 2006, I attended college at the University of Delaware where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics. For years I had considered pursuing real estate and finally decided to get licensed in 2019. I quickly joined Coldwell Banker under the Ken Viele Realty Group and got to work with sellers, buyers, and renters. I continue to close a wide variety of deals from residential properties to farms, and have loved every step of the way. My partner and I had such a wonderful experience working with Carl! He is incredibly honest, which we really appreciated while touring as first time homebuyers. Carl was great to work with on our cross country move. He helped us navigate a chaotic market, craft strong offers, recommend trusted local lenders/attorneys/inspectors, and ultimately land a home that will work well for our young family for years to come. Since we were viewing homes remotely, Carl did tours via video phone calls, and was very thorough in his showings since we couldnt physically be in the house. This process was difficult, but would have been worse without Carl there to help.
