Carl Cho

Carl brings a passion for real estate from both a residential and investment perspective. In the past, he worked as a financial analyst helping to manage the acquisition of commercial properties for investment portfolios and syndicating investment vehicles for high net worth investors. Later, he worked as an associate of an international property consultancy, where he helped clients evaluate their real estate needs and identify investment opportunities in Asia. Prior to joining Southwestern Real Estate in 2012, Carl served as managing director of a non-profit organization that facilitated leadership training across Europe. He has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College and a master's degree in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College. Having worked in and traveled to over 30 countries, Carl is familiar with helping people walk through the challenges of a new experience like buying a home. Carl lives in Wheaton with his wife Theresa and their two girls.
