I would generally shop via Zillow and contact the listing agent directly but didn't want to get involved with any one agent. One day I looked at one of Carina listings and she struck me as an honest, straight shooting gal. She was not pushy or overbearing so I decided to stay with her and I'm glad I did. She did everything she could to make sure I was getting what I needed. Carina took my criteria for a suitable home very seriously and did not waste my time showing houses that did not meet my requirements. Once we found a suitable home Carina Barber went out of her way to make sure the buying process went smoothly. Even the small relatively insignificant things did not escape her attention and again went over and above to make sure I had a pleasurable buying experience.
