Carin Birt

I'm a native Iowan that grew up on a farm in Renwick , Iowa, until I was 12 in 1986. We then moved to Eagle Grove, Iowa. Right before much 10th grade year of high school, we moved to West Des Moines. I graduated from Valley High School. Then I attended Iowa State University in Ames and got a BS in Trasportation and Logistics. My now husband, Brian, and I moved downtown Chicago after college graduation. We lived there for 4 years and I wold real estate there for 3 years. We moved back to the Des Moines area in 2002. I have continued my real estate career in Des Moines. We currently live in Johnston with our 2 sons, Reagan (2005) and Eli (2011). I love working with people to buy/sell their homes to move to their next chapter in life.
