We should have contacted Carey before we started getting our house ready to sell because we would have saved hundreds of dollars and lots of time doing unnecessary work and fixes ourselves. As it turned out, Carey did save us thousands of dollars because we would have spent money on the wrong things to fix up and the wrong way to fix them up. Careys office also manages rental houses, which gives Carey direct and immediate access to the myriad of folks needed to do the many fix ups needed to sell a house. We used his sources for engineering a solution for a roof support problem, repainting, plumbing, electrical, window glass replacement and general handyman tasks. Using Careys guidance our house was under contract within 2 days of listing, and at a price $2100 above our asking price! Once the home inspection report came in with numerous fixes to be done, I simply turned the list over to Carey who acted as general contractor to get everything fixed under budget and before closing. It is hard to explain how much of a burden this lifted off of me having to worry about it. All we had to do was show up at closing and collect our check. Carey really made it a very simple process.We have already enlisted Carey to assist us in purchasing our next home.

We would rate Carey Rosenblum as an A+ professional. We first connected to Carey on the Internet through an investor real estate website. I made several inquiries to realtors on this website and he was the only one who answered me immediately. He was very sincere about helping an out-of-state buyer. We honed in on Huntsville, AL as a good investment opportunity. We flew there and met with Carey who showed us property and extended his Southern hospitality. He was very knowledgeable about investment property and introduced us to lenders and property management people. He was our realtor when we bought a 4-plex a year later and everything went smoothly. He was a great negotiator and was very pro-active about everything, inspection, appraisal and closing. We always had great communication and knew exactly what was happening. We have since bought another investment property from him. We consider him not only a good realtor but a good friend and would highly recommend him.

Include details to help others decide if they should contact this agent...I have know Carey Rosenblum for many years and I knew I could go to him and get the help I needed, and he would be honest and helpful to me. He did not try to show or sale me anything that was out of the price range that I could afford, which I consider a very good thing, cause that means he is willing to help in anyway possible and not try to sale something to someone that they cant afford. He showed me many different houses and provided me with the information on each house. He then took me to each and every house so I could see them for myself. Being able to see the houses in person and compare them to each other is something that is helpful. I have plans to come back to him in the future unless I decide to build my own house, which I might still come to him for property. Carey was a truthful, honest, and very helpful agent. I could not ask for better. I would recommend him to anyone that would ask me if I know a good one.
