I selected Carey Eckert to sell my property because he knows the neighborhood and knows the market. He lives locally and walks locally, therefore is intimately familiar with the market and what your property will bring. I obtained a property through probate from a family member. A Probate comes with complications and Carey is totally versed in the nuances of such situations. I cannot recommend Carey highly enough. Hes sold two properties remotely for me and I could never have done it without his expertise and local knowledge. One was sold at the height of the market and his strategy was brilliant to get us over asking price with multiple offers and then as the market was going down, we were able to show my moms property quickly. He can help with any questions or repairs. Right after listing the house he had painters in there sprucing up the place. I am very impressed with Carey and I have bought and sold many houses and he is by far the most responsive realtor I have ever dealt with.
