Cara Richey

Cara Richey grew up a small-town girl with dreams of living in the big city someday. She experienced her first taste of the Corporate world at just sixteen years of age. Cara learned the art and importance of Customer Service when she managed SouthWest Promotion & Designs and later eMagination Station. Her time at these companies allowed her to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing and office management. Her interest in real estate investing led Cara to get her Real Estate license and enter back into the world of sales. She began her career at Keller Williams, one of Northern California's largest offices at the time. Cara then chose to continue her Real Estate career at a local specialty brokerage where she has been a Top Producer since 2014. Joining NextHome (2016) brought national opportunity for Cara's team and world class marketing benefits for their clients! The consumer-centric business model and adorable mascot (Luke) allows her to bring an enjoyable, professional experience to each transaction.
