Her staging and placement recommendations were first rate, and we sold the property for a fair price. All the time she was also working with me on my purchase of a new home in the area, and guided me away from potential properties that looked attractive at first glance but which would not have worked in the long run. She passed up the opportunity for a rapid commission in order to ensure that I would be happy in whatever I did choose to purchase. When I did place a contract for my new home, she worked seamlessly with the builder to make sure that the construction, inspection, and settlement processes went smoothly. I cannot recommend her -- and her team -- highly enough.
