After the first few houses she knew what we were looking for even though we couldnt really articulate it. We were looking in a super hot sellers market and she really helped us not get discouraged. Her knowledge of the various neighborhoods guided us to a home in a great neighborhood and stellar school district. This was our first time buying a home through a normal process (I bought my other house from a relatives estate). She guided us through all the steps and from beginning to end it couldnt have been better. She was super responsive to all our questions and helped keep our anxiety low as wed wait to hear if an offer was accepted, or if the appraisal came in okay. She was with us every step of the way. I wouldnt hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others.
