My client Rosemary a renter for some time had decided that she wanted to own her own home again because her rent was increasing significant. She met with a preferred loan officer. Rosemary was approved for a mortgage and down payment assistance. We started off writing several offers that Rosemary lost out on. She was a little discouraged, along with this disappointment. There was a lot of stress due to her rental lease agreement expiring in 60 day. We did finally find the ideal home for Rosemary, her offer was accepted.
