Meet Candra--a top producing agent in the Acadiana area, ranked in the top 8% of realtors. Experienced in negotiating all property types, Candra has excelled in selling everything from a 6-month rental lease to a $1.5 million-dollar commercial space. In 2020 alone she helped 30 families achieve their real estate goals for a total volume of $5.5 Million. If asked, Candra would say one of her favorite types of clients are first-time home buyers. Having entered the real estate industry at 26 years old, the majority of her clients came from her own sphere of influence - most of whom happened to be first-time buyers. Candra understands how new & overwhelming the process can be and how much extra guidance is needed. In championing for her clients, Candra welcomes the extra questions, points out important things that aren't thought of to ask and speaks up for them when they may not know to do so. Candra is an Alexandria, LA native who moved to Acadiana in 2007 to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and was quickly convinced to "Make Acadiana Home." Because of the generosity & support of the people she encountered in Lafayette, Candra gives make continually to the community that adopted her so effortlessly. A member of the Junior League of Lafayette, Candra volunteers her time to multiple causes and projects including Kids in the Kitchen, SMILE and Jump with Jill. Over the years, she has been awarded "Most Helpful," "Most Organized," and "Bookworm" by her fellow realtors. When she is not helping Acadiana buy, sell or invest in real estate, Candra finds her greatest joy in spending time with her husband, Kreg, and daughter, Stella. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, refinishing furniture, reading just about every genre of books and attending as many New Orleans Saints football games as she can each season.
