About Candice Smith

Candice was born and raised in North Alabama. Candice has spent nearly a decade in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, membership director and marketing coordinator. Candice has managed to change lives of hundreds of people all throughout North Alabama by inspiring, motivating and helping them realize that their fitness goals can become a reality. The fulfillment Candice received from working directly with customers is what led her to the Real Estate field. Candice decided to pursue her career as a real estate agent full-time so that she can apply those same skills when helping clients with one of the most important purchases they'll ever make. Since then, Candice has prospered. Candice's goal when it comes to helping others is to be extremely passionate and dedicated. As a former Membership Director, Candice understands the importance of honesty; integrity and excellence that goes into completing contracts and insuring buyers and sellers receive the best, exciting and memorable experience ever by being a leader and relieving her clients of any duties. With extensive experience in management, team leading and marketing, Candice is able to utilize those skills when working with buyers and sellers. She is also a member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors (HAAR), National Association of Realtors and the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS). Clients choose to work with her because of her personality, knowledge in the market, professionalism and exclusive marketing skills. When Candice is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, teaching group fitness classes, baking and cooking. We are a military family and just closed on a home with Candice in Meridianville. We started the process out-of-state. She visited many houses for us and did an excellent job videoing both the houses and the surrounding areas, and pointing out pros and cons to each. She never pressured us in any way and was very respectful of our very long list of wants and needs. We felt very comfortable putting in an offer despite the fact we were out-of-state a d hadn't seen it in person. She was very communicative throughout the remainder of the building and closing processes. I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I was googling for realtors in the area (at the time I lived in Baltimore, MD) I went out on a hunch and sent Candice an email. Within minutes she responded back and we began to build a rapport. I explained to her my very unique situation where I was moving with a blind eye and had limited time to find a home. Candice professionalism, Honesty, sincerity, and patience is what made me feel so comfortable. She wasn't just my realtor in this process she was more like a friend providing excellent advice and insight about the new area I was moving to. Candice responsiveness was also refreshing as she always made me feel like I was her only client (even though she was busy with other potential clients), I was always able to communicate via email, text, call or FaceTime. She even was my advocate during my blue tape walk through as I was out of state and her aggressive approach to dealing with the builders, lenders, and others made confident that whatever she reported back to me I could take her word as gold. I would recommend her a thousand times over to all my friends or family. And when I decide to sell I will be calling her again. Thank you Candice from the bottom of my heart for helping me find my beautiful brand new build. I am so excited!
