Remember you’re not just buying the house but also the neighborhood, so consider the area carefully. When you find the right home, move confidently, but make sure it truly fits your needs and goals.

Price your home right from the start, make sure it’s clean and well-presented, and use strong marketing with professional photos. Be flexible with showings and negotiations—buyers move faster when they can easily see the value in your home.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with all types of clients—from first-time buyers and military families relocating, to investors focused on rentals and Airbnb properties. I also help sellers maximize their returns, partner with builders and developers on new construction, and guide clients through land sales. In addition, I work with condo buyers and sellers, as well as clients searching for high-end luxury properties along the Emerald Coast.

I recently sold a condo to a first-time Airbnb investor who was only 23 years old. It was exciting to guide someone so young through the process, and seeing them take their first big step into real estate investing made the transaction especially rewarding.

I actually got started in real estate after a friend invited me to sit in on a class. I wasn’t planning on making a career change at the time, but once I learned more, I realized how perfectly it fit my personality and my passion for helping people. I took the leap, got licensed, and from there my business grew into something I truly love.

I’ve lived in this area most of my life, so I know the market and the community inside and out. I started out specializing in condo sales, then expanded into working with a builder on new construction, and now I’m also involved in land development projects. That mix of experience—resale, new builds, and development—gives my clients a well-rounded perspective no matter what type of property they’re buying or selling.
