Cammie is a fantastic agent and you *must* work with her if looking to buy or sell in the greater Santa Barbara area. I was new to the area and Cammie took me around the neighborhoods and explained each area (school district, walkability, noise factors, likely insurance coverage, etc) multiple times as we navigated the popular market. She is a great communicator and can speak to all facets of buying and selling a property. I have looked at some "project" properties and turnkey properties and Cammie talk me through both scenarios and helped bring ideas and solutions for both.
