The real me is a mom of three, avid dog lover, athlete and artist. My mantra is 1) Happiness, 2) Health, 3) Success, 4) Wealth. I keep these ideas in mind when advising clients on any real estate decision, providing a holistic approach to real estate whether it be a buy, sell, investment property or a complete gut rehab project. I have personal experience with rehabs and multi-unit properties and work closely with developers and new construction projects throughout Chicagoland. I do my homework, obsess over comps, and deliver prices that are on target for both buyers AND sellers. Our listings sell on average 101% list-to-sales price. Throughout my career I've worked hard to develop a brand and reputation- with honesty, service, education, and loyalty pillars we stand on. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring, and started working with agents in 2021 to build CCG Chicago. We are humbled to be honored as Top Producers year after year, with Gold status awarded in 2023 by the Chicago Association of Realtors, and recently inducted into the Legends Society at Compass. We are supporters of organizations throughout the city including but not limited to One Tail at a Time, Firebird Community Center, and The Trust for Public Land.
