About Camilla Knapp

My name is Camilla (think Pamela) Knapp, and I have a diverse background that serves me well in Real Estate. I currently hold MPR designation, SFR, AHWD certification, LPS and CLHMS. I was born and raised in Sweden, (yes Europe) and came to Nebraska in 1990. I fell in love with the people and the land, and ended up making it my home. A few years later I found a man that captured my heart. We have two beautiful girls that have flown the nest. My husband introduced me to country music and Nebraska football while I introduced him to gourmet cooking. Together we have moved/relocated a lot for his career. I have practiced Real Estate in multiple states and that has given me valuable skills. We continue to enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family, but love that we are back in Nebraska! When it comes to Real Estate I personally pledge to serve my friends, neighbors, and clients with honesty, integrity, and competence. I work with buyers on their unique needs to find them the perfect home to fit their situation. When it comes to selling homes, you get open and honest communication about your property. Camilla was perfect for our needs. She assessed and understood how our home would/should be priced, what profile of buyers would be interested and she knew how to market it effectively. Her photos and presentation of our home were perfect in attracting the buyers we needed and by doing so we had 2 offers within a couple days at asking price. She counseled us through the decision making and after that she monitored daily the closing process. I can't say enough about Camilla in regards to her knowledge, professionalism and her execution of the processes. Plus, she did this knowing we would be in another state while all this was taking place. I wish there were more stars to give this agent!!!
