Cameron is without question the very best realtor I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold homes many times due to career moves and have had largely positive experiences with all, but Cameron is next level there for you, completely on the ball, and really knows the area well. I have worked with him on two purchases now, and in both cases there were unusual issues brought in by the sellers, and he managed these challenging circumstances and kept the deals rolling forward as I wanted. He's also just a great guy, which matters.

Cameron is an awesome realtor and helped us quickly find a house in Richmond Annex that we really love. When we were looking for an agent to work with, we had recently come to the Bay Area from Boston, and wed realized pretty quickly that our budget wasnt going to allow for anything newly built or remodeled--houses in our price range were going to be long on quirkiness and potential. So, we needed someone who could help us visualize how to improve the house after we bought it, and how much the changes would likely cost. Cameron was the ideal person. He has the ability to walk into a space, look around for a minute, and then describe what it would be like if you took out a wall here or put in a skylight there. He went into the crawlspace of every house with us and pointed out potential issues with the foundation or drainage systems. After our offer was accepted, but before we had keys, Cameron would meet us at the house and help navigate conversations with contractors, translating technical jargon into plain English. When we were having trouble finding homeowners insurance and the deadline was the next day, Cameron got us in touch with an agent at 8 pm. His rolodex of professional contacts seems truly endless. Finally, communication with Cameron was always stellar - we texted and called him approximately one million times with questions and requests, and he always got back to us immediately in a calm, efficient, totally pleasant manner. We cant recommend him enough!
