The real estate market has become difficult for both buyers and sellers, but Cam was able to sell my old house three days after I bought my new house. Cam and his colleague (the amazing Susan!) were persistent. It took a whole year to find a new house I wanted to buy, but then they turned the whole transaction of buy/sell around in days.
