We interviewed a few Realtors starting when out our selling process, and when we met Caleb we knew he stood out from the rest. His approach was very patient amd he took all the time necessary to answer all our questions without pressure. Caleb seen the actual marketable value in our property better than the others. His strategy for listing the property was very impressive using professional videos, a 3D model, and multiple websites made the property stand out. In addition, he went above and beyond by showing up in a time of need by helping clean up the yard, moving appliances and helping finish the renovation. Caleb followed through with everything he said. During the selling process his knowledge about all the paperwork, contracts, and inspections was invaluable. He is very personable and easy to talk to, while providing proper advice to every challenge that came up.He was recommended to us a very high level agent in a different market and we found out in the end hiring Caleb was an excellent decision that made selling our home successful.
