Caleb did what felt like the impossible for us, three sibling owners of deceased mothers house (a fixer-upper). We all live in different cities/states which also complicated everything, but Calebs patience, knowledge of the area, and sound advice helped us in selling the house much sooner and at a better price than we expected.
