We had the pleasure of working with Caleb and Lorena for the past 2 months. We had found some property we wanted to buy, but we live in Northern Colorado and it was sight unseen. Caleb was very professional and patient explaining everything we needed and wanted to know and was quick to get us all information we asked for. We have bought many properties in our life, but he was very patient and thorough in explaining since the Arizona laws and procedures are very different than what we were used to in Colorado. He also got us names of very reputable professionals that we needed and will need. If we had not felt totally comfortable with each of the steps we would not have wanted to complete this transaction.
