You have the power, use it! Don't take the first offer because you think it's the only one you are going to get, and don't list 30 days before you want to leave. Take your time, find the terms that meet your needs, and reminisce in the good memories shared there.

I have a background in finance and strategic consulting, with that came a host of unique clients. Through real estate I have come to appreciate working with people, not corporations or computer screens, people. With that being said, I have worked for CEO's, a handful of celebrities (ask me about them) and the hardworking people of my local community.

I wanted to start investing in it myself. Through that process I learned how much agents help REAL people and I wanted to dive in. I am not a cookie cutter agent, I work harder, I sleep allot less, and I don't let things fall behind or in the cracks.
