Caitlin was excellent as a realtor. She knows her area very well and was able to offer insights as to our chosen places to look for housing, as well as offer options we hadn't thought about. She was knowledgeable about house concerns for historic houses and land/zoning concerns in ways that other real estate agents we had contacted previously were not. During a fairly complex real estate purchase process she walked us through every step of the way and held space for us when things took a downturn, and navigated a complex purchase process eventually getting us the house of our dreams when we had all but given up on the possibility. She knew exactly what to do and is beyond simply competent. Beyond this she is a kind, considerate, articulate person and has continued to support us beyond the basic transaction when questions arose for us.
