I have both bought and sold properties from Caitlin over the last several years. I will not be using anyone else besides her due to her vast knowledge and insight at any point in the market. Most recently, I had my personal property fixed up, listed, and sold all within a few weeks. Both her and her team at Engels & Volkers were quick to answer questions, handle paperwork, and communicate with me throughout the closing processes. Someone was always ready to step in to assist if others were out of office. Her and her team also have a wide range of tools, knowledge, and resources to help with real estate investing. I will continue to use Caitlin for any and all real estate resources, purchasing, and selling.
