We made the move to the lowcountry in the late 1970's, when my parents purchased property on Hilton Head Island and later built the second oceanfront home in Port Royal Plantation. I have witnessed as Hilton Head Island and Bluffton have evolved, and I have evolved along with. But some things never change, and I still carry the same southern accent and love for this unique area that I cultivated during my youth. After graduating from USC with a degree in business and spending a few years "discovering the world" in New York and Atlanta, my old home came calling and I returned to carve out a career in real estate. I love getting to know my clients and ensuring that they find the property that completely fulfills their wish list. I do all I can to find them the one that will check all of their boxes at the best possible price. I will point out the positives as well as the negatives that may not be so easily apparent. And then, I will do all I can to make the experience a smooth and happy one. At the end of the day, when I get to put my feet up by the marsh and watch the sun go down over the May River, I'm reminded of why I came back. It was the best decision I ever made. I know this gorgeous area inside and out. In this market, you need someone that is vigilant, that is here with their feet on the ground to make sure you do not miss any opportunities - as they come and go very quickly these days.

Where do I start to describe how awesome Lou is!!! He helped me buy a house while I was in NY and went above and beyond making sure I got the right home. He would face time me while he went through each house (and there were about 10+) showing me every nook and cranny. He opened closets and appliances making sure I saw everything. He even went back if I needed to see something again. He answered my calls &/or emails promptly and was always very pleasant. He was a wealth of information and connected me to all of the right people to move my sale forward. The process went smoothly and only took about 8 weeks from start to finish.
