Noah did a great job in assisting me with buying a new home. He did not have ALL of the answers for the local area, but he ALWAYS gave me an answer/resource within 48 hours. My home was bought "as is", so I cannot attest to all of his negotiation skills, but he communicates well and consistently, so I believe if it came to negotiations, he would do well. 10/10 would suggest for someone new to the process.
