My best advice in this highly competitive real estate market is to be completely prepared to do anything necessary to make your offer stand out above all others. You need to be completely underwritten with your lender so that you can also compete with cash buyers.
My team goes through a systematic approach to preparing our clients' homes for sale. It is important to have a seller consultation in your home so we can advise on any improvement projects, timeframe to go to market and to prepare the home with our stager to maximize the home's value as well as to get professional photos, video tour and online marketing campaigns.
I have worked with all types of clients from first time buyers, investors, retirees and relocation clients. They all are wonderful to work with.
A recent sale we had representing a seller we were able to achieve a sales price of 30% of the listing price which netted the seller a wonderful profit and exceeded their expectations.
I got started in real estate lending in 2003 when I purchased my first home. I wanted to learn the financing side of the business and did that for four years. When I purchase my next home I had a great experience with the realtor and they suggested I become one. So I did in 2008 and have never looked back. It is a wonderful career with much satisfaction.
