After studying classical guitar at the University of Southern Maine, I began my lifelong career in real estate in 1981. With over 1500 lifetime sales, and consistent recognition as one of the top agents in Maine, I have the experience and expertise to navigate all aspects of any real estate transaction, whether you are buying or selling. 2021 has been my best year to date, with over $12,000,000 in sales volume, in a market where the median sales price is $273,500. Over the years, I have been actively involved in the REALTOR organization, and have served as Director and Dean of the Tri State REALTORS Institute of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, President of the Portland Board of REALTORS, member of the Maine Association of REALTORS Government and Political Affairs Committee, and the Androscoggin County Board of REALTORS Orientation Committee. Maine has 16 counties, and I've actively listed and sold in 14 of them, which gives me marketing experience and familiarity over a good portion of the state, from the mountains to the coast. And, with 41 years of full time experience in the business, there aren't many challenges that I haven't faced, and successfully guided my clients through to closing.
