We worked with Bryan from King Realty Group on our first home purchase. As first time home buyers, we wanted an agent who was patient and could dial into our criteria. Bryan went above and beyond to fulfill this role! Bryan worked around our busy schedules and was very responsive. When we had urgent questions, we could always count on Bryan for prompt responses (even in the evenings and weekends).??During our search, Bryan made sure we had every bit of information we needed to make a sound investment. He provided comps of surrounding homes as well as historical data of the surrounding area. While touring homes, he pointed out potential issues and how much it would take to fix. Following the acceptance of the bid, Bryan followed up every other day with all parties to ensure a smooth process. At no time during the closing process did we see any surprises and this was all thanks to Bryans proactiveness! I highly recommend King realty to anyone searching within the Bay Area.

I had a positive experience purchasing my first home, which a lot of this can be attributed to Bryan and his expertise. Bryan helped me find the home that bested suited my needs and instructed me throughout the entire buying process. Bryan was an excellent agent. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly and concisely. There were a few people involved on my end of the deal and he made sure to keep everyone in the loop. Receiving documents and signature requests were never a surprise because he always gave a heads up when important documents were incoming. I highly recommend Bryan if you're looking for an agent.
