Bryan Taylor was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot speak highly enough of him! You will not find a more dedicated, kind, patient, and knowledgeable realtor.My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and we worked with Bryan from December 2021 to June of 2022. Every minute of those 6 months, Bryan managed to make us feel like we were his only clients. He was so responsive every step of the way, and he truly made buying a home a pleasant experience.From the beginning, Bryan told us that he would spend the first few showings listening to us and learning our style. He did just that, and within 2 or 3 showings, he understood exactly how we conduct ourselves, the level of directness that we appreciate, and started to gauge what we might be interested in. From there, we developed a candid dialogue about all of the properties we viewed, and Bryan could often tell what we were feeling before we vocalized it. In many instances, he knew that we would like a property before we did.He was able and eager to answer all of the literal hundreds of questions we asked him throughout the 30 properties we saw with him. On the rare occasion he didn't know the answer offhand, he would do research on his own time or reach out to colleages immedately, and would provide an answer for us right away. My wife and I came away from the home buying experience with Bryan with a ton of home upkeep and maintenance knowledge that far exceeded the scope of Bryan's responsibilities as a realtor.Bryan was ALWAYS available to us via text, phone, and email, at pretty much all hours of the night, every day of the week. I cannot even count the number of times he followed up with us late in the evening while working on offers, scheduling multiple showings at once, and working around our schedule. Bryan was even available to us during a personal emergency in which he was out of state. Bryan coordinated 30 showings for us in the span of 6 months, and on the incredibly rare occasion he could not be there himself, he smoothly introduced us to another member of his team and helped us see every single property we were interested in.Bryan walked us through every bit of the contracts multiple times until we were comfortable and never made us feel foolish for asking questions or taking multiple explanations to understand things. Ultimately, he calmed us down when we finally had an offer accepted. He could tell we were on edge and reached out to us repeatedly to check on us and help keep us confident when we were concerned.We truly would not have purchased a home if not for Bryan Taylor. He is wonderful to work with and a fantastic person. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Bryan truly was the key to our offer being the winning offer on a house that had multiple offers the morning after an open house.
