Our first experience working with Bryan was selling our place in 2014 as we were moving away from Las Vegas. In the summer of 2016 we decided to move to Nevada from Washington state. We had only been to Nevada once before and did not know where to start. We tried doing our own research but soon became frustrated with all of the unknown variables. We contacted Bryan and gave him a long list of what we wanted in a house as well as the type of schools we wanted our children to attend. Bryan was able to use that information and his knowledge of the area to put together a list of potential homes. While walking through houses Bryan asked our opinions and used the information to narrow down our list of potential homes. We were not shy about what we wanted (quite picky) and what we were willing to pay (limited budget).
