Bryan Hill

Whether his clients are first-time buyers in search of the perfect condo, in the market for a multimillion-dollar oceanfront home, or investors looking to expand their portfolios, Bryan Hill uses his extensive Southern California market experience, education, and analytical skill to turn their visions into realities. Born and raised in Newport Beach, Bryan was in high school when he was introduced to real estate by his father, who was a developer. After earning his bachelor's degree in real estate from Arizona State University, Bryan jumped into the industry in 2008 by joining one of the top teams in the nation and learning from its best agents. Additional experience in managing staff and implementing company-wide sales processes have given him a more rigorous and broader insight into the business. Since then, he's achieved more than $335 million in residential real estate sales volume -- $83 million in 2019 alone. Bryan has established himself as a knowledgeable real estate professional who is fiercely dedicated to his team and delivers top-tier service to his clients. He is also the founder of Young Professionals Network (YPN) in Newport Beach and was on the board of directors for the Laguna Board of Realtors®.
