Bryan Gwynn exceeded every and all expectations we had in first property managing a rental property of ours and then selling it. After having had terrible experiences with many "professionals" here in Vegas, we were VERY reticent in asking anyone we did not know for help. Bryan was recommended to us by a co-worker whose mother had used Bryan. What a blessing he has turned out to be !!! He is just excellent in his knowledge and expertise in all phases of Real Estate. I have used Bryan as my property manager for several years. He has done an excellent job for keeping the turnover low and getting the rent payment on time. This year I have decided to sell the property after the tenant moved out. Again he handled the sale of my property very efficiently and it was sold in less than a month. The closing process was smooth and I am very happy with his professional service.His attention to details made him one of the best realtors I have worked with.

Bryan Gwynn and the entire team at Urban Settlements did a fantastic job of presenting our home for sale in what we feel was the most efficient, effective way using contemporary web presentation techniques. For example, we listed on a Thursday and began receiving offers by Sunday with a total of six by the following Tuesday. Bryan's wise counsel helped us select the best of the six, knowing buyer's strengths and weaknesses, resulting in an uneventful early escrow closing.We have bought and sold numerous properties and view Bryan and the Urban Settlements team to be highly professional, client-centric, knowledgeable real estate specialists demonstrating a high degree of integrity. Bryan ,. Thank you very much for all your help. I would like everyone to know, how fantastically you handled the sell of our old home and the absolutely fantastic job you did helping us to acquire our brand new house. I would also like everyone to know that all the sells agent's selling the Pierce made by Calatlantic said " Mr Sheehan your budget is way to low for that house especially with the roof top deck.". Bryan, my wife and I got together and we let Bryan take the lead.! Let me tell all who are reading this letter from an ugly old man.! Bryan not only got us the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted but he also had them throw in pavers for our driveway. In closing Bryan is the only salesperson I would trust besides myself... He is now a family friend.!
