Colleen was an excellent help, very friendly and informative. She found us the perfect home, keeping in mind all of our preferences and advising when to move quickly so we didnt miss out. She was excellent about answering all of our questions about looking for and buying our first home. It made our experience really easy and I felt comfortable that there wasnt anything hidden in the whole the process. Also it was nice to work with a professional so we didnt overlook anything and have unexpected expenses or surprises come up. I appreciated her availability too, I would sometimes text her late at night or on the weekend and she still responded quickly. Something I completely didnt expect too was a gift for the new house that she gave us after we signed papers. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, while also being very warm and friendly. I highly recommend working with Colleen!

My girlfriend and I were completely new to the home buying process and I am so glad we stumbled upon Colleen. When I first got in touch with her through her agency, she was immeasurably kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Throughout the process, she always texted me back ASAP (even during the evening) whenever I had any questions. I was always kept in the loop as she made every effort to find a home for my girlfriend and I that always seemed to match perfectly with what we were looking for. If it wasn't for Colleen, I'm sure there would have been a multitude of headaches, but Colleen found out everything we needed to know and more! After closing, she even presented us a lovely house warming gift, a basket of baby items (we're expecting a baby boy in a few months). Colleen is a wonderful agent who is very committed to help us find a house. We were originally trying to buy the house we were renting, (where she would not have earned a commission) but still gave us sound advice. When that transaction fell through (landlord issues), she proceeded to give us recommendations based on our criteria. We toured several houses together and finally found the one we wanted.
