Bryan had a great presentation about why they would be the person to get the job done for the home we sold. Bryan came with facts and with the comps. My home sold with about 7+ offers after an open house over one weekend. We got the best price and Bryan aEUR~s knowledge about the lenders the potential buyers were using helped us make the best decision about whom to move forward with. The Process of selling our home went very smooth and Bryan was VERY responsive, checked in often and even offered to mow the lawn when things got a little hectic. In the end, I will probably use them to buy my future home!
