I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BA in Mass Communications, husband to my amazing wife Tracey for over 14 years we are avid CrossFitters and you can find us each morning at 6am at CrossFit Westchase with our CrossFit Family we would love for you to join us! On Saturday's we like to take advantage of Tampa's Upper Tampabay Bay Trail running or riding our bikes around Westchase. My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you're not left with an amazing experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients.

Bryan and Team are excellent. Bryan guided us through buying our first home and provided honest and wise advice to walk away from a purchase we were contemplating in 2023 when a pre-closing inspection revealed serious issues that could cost us huge down the road. Some realtors might have been more concerned with earning a commission, but Bryan was more concerned with us being happy clients and finding the right home for our family. A year later, he helped us buy a new construction home and we couldnt be happier.
