I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BA in Mass Communications, husband to my amazing wife Tracey for over 14 years we are avid CrossFitters and you can find us each morning at 6am at CrossFit Westchase with our CrossFit Family we would love for you to join us! On Saturday's we like to take advantage of Tampa's Upper Tampabay Bay Trail running or riding our bikes around Westchase. My philosophy is simple: clients come first.
