Bryan and Diane were just amazing! Super knowledgeable about the area and each property we looked at. Bryan was incredibly organized and maximized our time together. Bryan also took care to understand our needs and he curated the property selection based on those needs and not just broad factors such as budget (though of course those factors were also taken into account). Diane was super on top of all the paperwork and logistics. Thanks to their help, we found the perfect property, closed on time and smoothly earlier this month (August 2023). We would gladly work with Colquitt Realty Group again, and in fact, we are already looking at other properties with their help!
