He made sure we and the buyer submitted what was needed. He answered all of our questions along the way, and was very informative. He also kept us on track and was very patient as this ended up being a very long process (again, not Bryan's fault). Thank you, Bryan!!

The high quality photos and 3D Tour really made a difference when it came to getting buyers interested in our home. Bryan said that is the marketing he does for his high end luxury clients which is fantastic we got the same treatment. His knowledge really shined through when we had an appraisal that came in low and he recommended we ditch the offer because he was sure he could get a higher price rather than just settle. I trusted his judgement and was I happy that I did because we got a much better offer right after with no appraisal issue! What was really apparent was Bryan's passion about the business and his relationships with his clients. It's probably why he has all those designations. On top of all that this guy even has his Mortgage License so he helped up with getting a loan on a home that we were buying! Truly a one stop shopping for all your needs. Super happy with Bryan Clark and The Clark Team on this one!
