I like to mention that I was a long distance landlord and I couldnt have done it without bryans help. He was always there to answer questions and find repair help if I needed it.We finally decided to put the house on the market when our tenant moved out in November and again Bryan help me by recommending workers to get the house ready to put on the market. He has a ton of experience in the local area, makes great recommendations, is very patient and helpful. Other agents we've worked with were very pushy and just wanted to get the transaction done. Bryan is the total opposite. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for then worked hard to find us the perfect home by using his local network. Most agents these days seem to let you do most of the work by just finding homes online then asking to see them. Our experience was totally different with Bryan and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
