Bruce truly was five star in respect to all these skills. He had great knowledge of the area, as it pertained to our many questions. He not only knew the process of closing, but did everything he could to expedite it at our request. After dealing with other realtors in the past we can say he was by far the most professional with responding to our inquires. When it came to the final closing and negotiations he wasn?t good he was great. He saw opportunities for home improvements by the sellers that we were just going to let pass, but through his insight and feel for this particular situation he was able to get our home in a much improved state. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

Bruce is an excellent realtor who is very professional, responsive and personable. We had very specific requirements so Im sure we didnt make it easy for him. He seamlessly guided us through the sale of our house and purchase of our new one on a very challenging timeline. The sellers of our new home found another buyer and we only had one day to sell ours or our deal would have fallen through. He sold our house for FULL ASK in 5 hours! He also helped us get a great deal on our new house. He was always available to answer any questions we had, follow ups with buyers and sellers and provided excellent feedback and advice throughout the process. We couldnt be happier. Thank you Bruce!
