Bruce was amazing to work with! This home sale was not an easy one, starting before Covid and ending during Covid, with me being out of state the entire time. I reached out to Bruce to help sell my home as he came highly recommended from a friend that just recently sold & bought their new home with his help, and it was truly the BEST decision we made through our selling process. From the start, Bruce was professional, always showed up, or responded to a text/email, or answered the phone. He was straight forward and honest with his opinions and recommendations when it came to selling our home... as well as throwing in some much needed constructive criticism when it came to our situation. He was extremely knowledgeable of the overall housing market, trends, what comparable homes in our area were selling for, or likely to go for, and just had this sixth sense and overall pulse on how things were going to play out. Bruce led us through the entire process from start to finish where we were never second guessing what was going on, or stressed with where we were in the "selling journey."
