I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients — from first-time homebuyers taking their exciting first step, to military families relocating to and from the Emerald Coast. I had a active duty military family who was having a hard time qualifying for a Home Loan. I worked with them and a loan office for two months to get them squared away. It was probably the most hours I ever put into a client, but it was the most gratifying.
I worked in Grocery Retail for 25 years, mostly as a Corporate Produce Buyer. I was just tired of working the long hours for little pay. I moved to Destin in 2002 and have been selling real estate ever since. I went through many ups and downs but I stayed in the business. I owned a brokerage, vacation rental and Home Watch Business, now I just Sell Real Estate and have a few Home Watch Clients.
